POST BOOKING CHECKLIST

COCON | Cancellation/Change Policy You can cancel your booking anytime; however, we charge a fee if you give us less than 24 hours’ notice.

Notice Period Refund
Within 15 minutes of making your booking Should you make a mistake in your booking, we give you a 15-minute grace period in which you can cancel within the app without any charge just after submitting your booking.
Within 4 hours of the appointment 0% refund
Between 24 and 2 hours before the appointment 75% refund via gift card
More than 24 hours before the appointment 100% refund via gift card or refund
Want to change the time or location of your booking? Contact Customer Support via the app, and they’ll do their best to accommodate your request. Please note that in cases where your last-minute changes mean your therapist can no longer make it, we may charge you a cancellation fee in line with the policy above.
All prices quoted on the booking page are full and final; transportation is included with no hidden fees. Treatments can be booked for the hours between 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., 7 days a week.

Massage

COCON MASSAGE

Check if all the details of your booking, such as date, time, treatment & duration, are correct. Let us know of any pre-existing conditions or allergic reactions you’ve had to similar treatments in the past. Share specific directions or instructions for entering your building.
  • Prepare a place to accommodate the massage table, leaving enough space for the therapist to move around it.
  • Take a hot shower to relax your muscles and get blood circulation going.
  • Stay hydrated! We recommend having a glass of water before your treatment starts.
  • At home, ensure a comfortable temperature that allows you to fully relax.
Our therapist will provide you with disposable underwear and the privacy to change into these. Once changed, we suggest you position your body under the sheets. Our therapists are trained to properly drape your body to protect your modesty and theirs.
At the end of your session, your massage therapist will give you time and privacy to get dressed. It’s easy to rebook the same massage therapist for another day – they can do it for you through their app, or you can do it yourself through the COCON app or website.

COCON LASHES

Check if all the details of your booking, such as date, time, treatment & duration, are correct. Let us know of any pre-existing conditions or allergic reactions you’ve had to similar treatments in the past. Share specific directions or instructions for entering your building.
  • Prepare a comfortable place for you to lie down; this could be your bed or couch. Please ensure enough space by the head for the therapist to sit.
  • We advise against wearing eye make-up on the day of your treatment to ensure a lasting effect. However, if you do not feel comfortable, please take the time to prepare your lashes by thoroughly removing all eye make-up at least 30 min before your treatment.
  • At home, ensure a comfortable temperature that allows you to fully relax.
  • Consider the lighting – the brighter the better!
At the end of your session, your Lash Expert will check if you’re happy with the results of your treatment. To help your lashes set properly, it’s best to avoid touching them or sleeping directly on them for a period of 24 hours after your treatment.

NAIL TREATMENT

Check if all the details of your booking, such as date, time, treatment & duration, are correct. Let us know of any pre-existing conditions or allergic reactions you’ve had to similar treatments in the past. Share specific directions or instructions for entering your building.
  • Prepare a comfortable space for you and your therapist to sit in, preferably at a table or a desk.
  • Ensure an available outlet for the LED lamp if you booked a Shellac polish.
  • At home, ensure a comfortable temperature that allows you to fully relax.
  • Consider the lighting – the brighter the better!
At the end of your session, your Nail Technician will check if you’re happy with the results of your treatment. To ensure the health of the skin surrounding your nails, your Nail Technician will apply some oil to soften cuticles and help promote strong and flexible natural nails or nail enhancements.
